Important : THE NG HOME can not be held responsible for damage caused by tenants. You can ask your tenant to provide in his comprehensive home insurance the clause called "holiday" which covers damage caused during the rental period. Check the presence of this clause with your tenant by consulting his insurance contract directly, or by asking his insurer.
